Should you decide you no longer want your purchase we will gladly accept a return and process a refund within 14 days of receipt of your dress. You must present your original receipt and the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all tags attached and intact. Unfortunately the customer is liable to pay for the return of the dress.
In the unlikely event that an item delivered to you arrives faulty or damaged in transit please notify us within 3 business days, so that we may arrange a refund and the return of the faulty goods to rectify the situation. If after 3 business days you are liable to pay and arrange for your own postage to us including any insurances. We recommend that you use an insured service (such as Royal Mail’s “Special Delivery” to cover the value of any items you return to us and guarantee delivery speed as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that we do not receive or arrive past the time frames explained above.
Insured services will also compensate you for any losses or damage.
If Any items from our Sales section needs to be returned we can only ‘EXCHANGE’ the item for another sale item of the EXACT price value or exchange in size but only IF the size is available.
